1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using mi6premium.co.za (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.
2. User Registration
Access to deals and vouchers on mi6premium.co.za is restricted to registered users. You must sign up and create an account to view or purchase any vouchers. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
3. Voucher Purchases
All vouchers are subject to availability and individual terms. Each includes validity dates, redemption instructions, and usage limitations. Vouchers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. mi6Premium is not responsible for service delivery by third-party partners.
4. Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, voucher requests will be processed within ___ days and delivered by email or mobile. Some offers may involve courier or postal services, with costs specified where applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by mi6Premium (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, mi6Premium will refund the client in full within 30 days. 6. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, or EFT. All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR). Banking details will be provided if EFT is selected.
7. Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions are processed via Payfast by Network, a secure gateway for South African acquiring banks. Payfast uses SSL3 encryption and does not store card details.
8. Customer Details Separate from Card Details

9. Customer Privacy Policy

10. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. All transactions will be in South African Rand (ZAR).
11. Responsibility
mi6Premium (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions including sale, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and voucher delivery.
12. Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and mi6Premium (Pty) Ltd chooses ___ (Company Address)___ as its domicilium citandi et executandi for legal correspondence.
13. Variation
